things to do
STEAM
Emily loves the dumplings here
HAVEN
Bridesmaid Izzy likes the sandwiches here
PRAIRIE WHALE
Emily had a fab dinner here with her parents when they rented a house in the Berkshires that they hated in the summer of 2018. Owned by the people who run Roman's -- looking at you, Brooklyn peeps!
RUBINER’S CHEESEMONGERS
While you won't find a lot of cheese on our wedding programming -- cuz ETK famously hates it! -- this cheese shop has been deemed 'the cutest cheese shop on the east coast' by Vogue!
HILLTOP ORCHARDS
If you wake up early on Saturday, feel free to apple pick and taste wine & cider at this highly-recommended orchard!
FARNSWORTH
Designer weed-store
FAMILIAR TREES
Cute bookstore
HAMMERTOWN GREAT BARRINGTON
This looks like a furniture store built for the millennial sensibility.
MONUMENT MOUNTAIN
Legend has it that in 1850, authors Nathaniel Hawthorne and Herman Melville had a lengthy conversation on Monument Mountain. The meeting is said to have inspired the genesis of Moby Dick. Emily and Ethan have admittedly not done this hike.
